Hi ..

Where can you get mangrove , what type for the tank .

How do you plant the mangrove ?

Mangroves are good in a sense that you have a lot of life appearing in your tank.

It cannot be used as an efficient nutrient export as they grow incredibly slowly and require bright lights.

If you have a huge tub and can afford to plant about 10 seedlings, you have to plant them in mud.

u can pick the pods from some beaches..

I am growing them currently,they are really slow growers

Most of the successful people grow them under MH

One good thing is you get lots of microlife with the mangroves

so thats to say need some special area for the mangrove to grow with good light ..

any advise how to sit them in the sump .. [ wish to try out ]

how about those that u get together with the root .. i mean the already growing mangrove ?
