If the worms are relatively safe... But i personally will leave the small ones alone but i will try to catch out the big ones... Find them disgusting... But due to personal preference...

As for countering Ich, there are several ways...

Using UV...

Get a UV steriliser, which is available at most LFS...

Brand includes Coralife, Atman, UV-C etc...

It will kill ich to a certain extent and keep the infestation low...

Using Ozone...

This, you will need to buy a ozonizer and a ORP Controller...

Need to moniter the ORP in your tank...

Have limited experience in this... Never quite research in detail...

This will kill ich for sure if iam not wrong... Even the good bacteria will be killed too...

Feeding food soaked in garlic juice...

This is to boost the immunity of the fish... So that they wun get ich so easily.. But it will not kill the existing ich in your tank...

My 0.02 cent worth...

Worms are fine and are scavenger at the bottom, dun normally hust for fishes lah.

Ich, Hypo is my most preferred and working solution.

Equipment:

Turbo Snail x 1, Green Mandarin Dragonet X 2, Blue Tang X 2, True percular x 2, 1 x Algae Bleenie, Clarke clown x 2

Reef:

1 x 2" Blue maxima, Red/Brown/Purple Mushroom (Discosoma), Pink Ricordea yuma, A little colony Brown/Green common Zoanthus, Red/Pink/Green US Zoanthus, Eagle-eye Zoathus, 14 Branch Goniopora Pandoraensis, 1 Starburst Polyps, 3 + 2 Branch Frogspawn, 4 Blasto, palythoa, Cheato

RIPs (Since June 2005):

What type of worms? Basically I have a worm and it killed my astreas and possibly my feather duster as well as my anemone.
