it was my regret that i didn't read more of the older cat needs. when my cat at it adult age, i still feed him high potent diet. a big mistake though... still he was at the age of 14, his kidney slowly broke down...

anyway, the digitata is purple... what i mean is the white base porites (is this correct?)

Well bro, I think it good that he live till 14 good year with

caring owner and now in cat heaven.

My previous persian live till 10 years only, she got bitten by

a stray dog and live the last three years with three legs.

Died due to kidney failure too.

The porities is lime green and white polyps.

Mine start to color up already.

mine live till 17+yrs.

Also died due to kidney failure caused by diabetes.

Usually they have diabetes first and if not treat early then end up kidney failure. I had friends in the US who keep kitty up to 20+yrs but they go on diabetes tablets/jabs.

Bro, I guess it the same as human need to go for insulin

jab and dialysist.

Maybe kidney foundation should open one for pets.

Then can earn more peanuts.

actually my cat lives for another 4 good years with controlled diet (hard time to get him to eat his stuff man). together 18 years. ya... i think cat can live beyond 20 years with proper diet for the older cat

hey, how is your sps now? are they "relaxing" already?

My SPS a bit stress after spending 5 hrs in the tub!!!!

Some start to brown-up, hope it will recover as soon as it

climatise.

Now start to tune the flow as there still micro bubbles.

Last night spent 2 hrs tuning, looks fine this morning.(without

lighting)Will check tonite.

So far water condition is ok, No2, No3, Po4 and Amonia all undetectable.

And will check the calcium and alkaline tonite.

Below are the pix, it show the cloudiness cause by micro bubble

and of cause the stress SPS.

No new update, since loss 3 SPS due to transfering to this tank.

why not try frag it and put them on the bottom of the tank and let them grow and cover the bottom glass...
