Just bought from a reefer here who used it for 2 months, unfortunately my dog bit off the power cord, 1 inch from the pump. Full accs with Part 6. Will consider ur offers. Thanks 91088 335

Hi Bro,

Just an suggestion, maybe you can try to reconnect the wire and either silicon or epoxy the connection. Personally, I feel that epoxy first followed by silicon will be safer.

Then try to run the pump in a bucket and use a test pen to test for electric leaks.

thank you for the caution and kind reminder.. the whole thing was passed to my brother to repair (he service all kinds of electrical items) and was testing for electricity leak.

the joint has an artifical skim slip thru it and was water proofed.

I will take note of the joint every now and then just to be sure... :D
