Dunman Secondary is going to break a world record!

Hi guys, this is to inform you that Dunman Secondary School is going to break a world record for the "Longest Plastic Bottle Chain" this Saturday.

There will be a carnival with lots of games and also a charity bazaar and Minister for Environment and Water Resources Dr Yaacob Ibrahim and Mr Ong Kian Min, MP for Tampines North will be present to grace the occasion.

Finally, there will be FREE TOURS to recycling facilities at 9.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm and 2.30pm

The public is invited to attend and support our efforts to raise funds for needy students and to play a part in helping the environment by bringing recyclables which can be exchanged for game and gift tokens

I would also want to sincerely thank some of the bros here at SRC for donating used bottles to me and making me the winner for the "Most bottles collected by individual" award. I have collected a total of 1,348 bottles

Anyway, my school is quite well known for its recycling and environment efforts

So far we got the recycling competition with a few tonnes of trash and the garden roof
