Hi, the Victron if bulb holder not included, does it mean that you are only selling the bulb?

No the Victron set consist of

1. Fixture.

2. ballast and ignitor (control unit)

3. bulb

the reason why the bulb holder is not included is because I've upgraded to 250w so using the existing bulb holder.
