This is not to flame any1 but I guess by way of adopting these would ease every one tension.

Rule 1

If you challenge some1 else idea/remark and the person reply with solid/grounded reasons,

than just admit your challenge was not solid enough or find another reason to pin him down and rule 1 applied again.

It's just a business, no personal.

Remember late people president said, he has so many crashs with MM Lee, but it's just a business, no personal.

So here NO PERSONAL.

Rule 2

If u r not well prepare to be questioned back or challenged your remark

than don't challenge, life go on, there are so many things to do in life.

Rule 3

If u r challenge and u have no solid /ground reason to protect ur interest

than just simple acknowledge it.

Rule 4

Don't pretent to be a god, all of us are human being, every day we make mistakes.

Rule 5

Don't use the such bad words ( we r in SG, not in Aus ) those u r not so sure whether they can take it.
