HEE.. but when you try drunken prawn don't take MRT wait you high and over shot your alighting station... I think most of the reputable chinese restaurants in Singapore have this dish... they put all the live prawn in a big bowl and pour V.S.O.P to let the prawn drunk before cooking them.. but i prefer home cook cos' you can have more liquor thus taste better.
