Hi EE bros..

Need some help again... I have a studio light (for photography) which blew on me some time back, there was this POP sound then it stopped working already...

all along I thought it was just the flash tube that got blown but even after changing the flash tube the light still doesn't work...

I suspect that it's the capacitors that blew (4 x 650V 1200uF capacitors)... problem is how do i know if it's for sure that the capacitors are the one that blew? A visual inspection shows nothing... do capacitors even go POP when they blow?

If someone can help me fix the light even better, even willing to pay a small amount to get it fixed...

If anyone can help please advise.. Thanks!

Ervine
