But I tought Rio 20 is to small for the beckett, to have

good skimming, normally go for MD 50 or atleast Rio 28

or 32.

bro, its md55, rio 26 or 32.

Rio 20 can run the beckett but for better performance, opt for MD40 or MD55, results would be very different.

your last compartment got space for a FR, btw i see you are not using any y-check valve.

Personally i am also not using one and this nearly flood my house 3 times bcuz of power trip.

yes Blueheaven its a plenum...my tank maker recommened me to use it....

acidjazz...about the pump..i tried to cut down on costs will change if i find thr rio20 not gd enough i will not fill no much water in the tank incase of power trip so dont worry...anyway more pics coming up

I know its kind of too late to say this now but I strongly do not recommend using submersible pumps.

The reason is because they use water to cool down and you want your tank's water to be cool (ironic, I know)

But no worries, when you use a chiller with more HP, you can tackle the heat
