SRC Member seamonkee Posted August 24, 2005 SRC Member Share Posted August 24, 2005 Is it a department versus department sort of competition? Or staff just form the team they want and enter the competition? Where do you work? I can give some recommendations based on your company values and product... SRC Member ervine Posted August 24, 2005 SRC Member Share Posted August 24, 2005 is it like a get together session? or those do at your own free time competitions?
SRC Member seamonkee Posted August 24, 2005 SRC Member Share Posted August 24, 2005 is it like a get together session? or those do at your own free time competitions? Yup... agree with ervine, you have to let us know what is the objective to achieve, how the competition is arranged (E.g. grouping, outside company time, expected duration?)... etc.. One easy way is to look at you company values... for example, if your company talks about recycling as part of its values, you can consider "using recycled products" to make a raft, something or whatever.... SRC Member madman Posted August 25, 2005 Author SRC Member Share Posted August 25, 2005 Thanks bros for the replies. My team mate have come out with some ideas. Its basically a dept against dept competition. Jus a few person per team to let them work together and no specific rules so long as it gives them a chance to work together and produce some things to compete e.g t-shirt design comp. etc. Thanks a lot for the replies again., Quote Watch your thoughts’ they become words. SRC Member ervine Posted August 25, 2005 SRC Member Share Posted August 25, 2005 if you can maybe make the competition related to your line of work? for eg. for us architecture students one competition was to build a tower with straws, tallest wins...
