Looking for 2ft items

looking for a friend, he is setting up a modest 2 ft tank...need the following items:

1. 2ft FL or PL lighting - preferably with true actinics

2. return pump - any decent rated pump with preferably a return pipe already connected and also adjustable flowrate

3. timer - a tenben timer will do...

4. hydrometer
