Aquapharm 5 in 1 coral food

Hi all senior reefers,

I used to use DT phyto for my corals, until recently, the LFS told me that DT out of stock. He recommended to me the Aquapharm 5 in 1 coral food. i just have some questions about this product before i feed it to my corals. Pls share your valuable experiences.

1) The Aquapharm 5 in 1 coral food is not placed in a fridge, can i safely say that the phytos are not live phyto but dead ones?

2) If its not live phyto, does it mean that the Aquapharm 5 in 1 coral food contains preservatives? Are these preservatives harmful to my fishes and corals?

3) If its not live phyto, should there be an expiry date? I can't seems to find any expiry date on the bottle.

i've tried searching the forum for topics regarding my concern but to no avail.can anyone kindly advise my on this 3 issues?

i believe the phyto are dead ones...

for preservatives err i am not sure but i think they do have some preservatives but at a minimum amount.. won't do any harm to ur fishes or corals. U might wanna tell us the size of ur tank. Remember try not to overdose.

I got a bottle of Aquafarm 5 in 1 before, same thing no expiry date.. but i finished it within 2 months. Try not to keep it for 2 long. Anytime around 1 to 2 months should be ok, even if it has expired

tried it before, once i open up, i keep it inside fridge... maybe u can try that to keep its "freshness"... may last longer though they r dead cells....
