Terms & Conditions

1. The above tour package is valid for travel between 19th Sep 2005 - 28th Dec 2005

2. Booking must be made by 31st Aug 2005

3. High Season Surcharge apply as follow:

. Travel period between 10th Oct 2005 - 31st Oct 2005 surcharge of $100 per person

. Travel period between 1st Dec 2005 - 19th Dec 2005 surcharge of $80 per person

. Travel period between 20th Dec 2005 - 28th Dec 2005 surcharge of $150 per person

4. The above tour package exlude prevailing taxes and fuel surcharge

5. Disneyland 1 day pass apply for weekday only (Mon - Fri). Weekend (Sat & Sun)surcharge $20 per person

6. Fare is valid on all CX Flight except (CX712 and CX713)

7.No Bangkok stopover is allowed

8. No Waitinglist allowed. Any waitlist PNR will be auto cancelled

9. Not Eligible for Asia Miles Accrual

10. No open dated tickets allowed

11. The above fare is for minimum stay of 2 day / maximum stay 14 days. Prize winner (2 persons) must travel together both ways

12. Once tickets issued it is non-refundble, and no amendment is allowed.

13. Any amendments before issuance of tickets, charges will be apply accordingly

14. The above tour package is subject to availability of airline seats and land arrangements such as hotels/transfers etc......

15. Any difference in cost is borne by prize winner
