Have anyone here thought of slimming but not successful?

Want to slim down? Go jog for 30 minutes every alternate days (cardio) and do weights on the other days and coupled with good diet (less oil, less carbo, more lean meat and lots of vegi) and I can more or less gaurantee one will loose weight with a normal range of 10kg in 3 months, maybe more if you work harder.

Remember the equation : output > input = fat burn

Limit input of food and output can be increase with exercise which will increase your metabolism to burn food intake.

Personal experience.... Waistline went frm 33 to almost 40 due to middle age over afew yrs... Panic only when buy jeans no size haha... Wife threatened if dont slim down, hv to go to those "expression"- type of place for slimming.... Managed to bring back waistline down to 36 (lowest went to 35 but thats max haha)... Has maintained that 36 for 2 yrs already...

Morning breakfast = 1 red fuji apple

play tennis for 1.5 to 2 hrs 3 times weekly

brisk walk 3 times weekly for 1 to 1.5 hrs

lunch n dinner just eat whatever i want.....

theory: once u found equilibrium, eat more, then exercise more

aiya, all no use. There is a sure way of slimming, free, healthy and you get paid somemore....3 months bmt at Tekong, even my obese friend go in and can come out thin..

Yeah that a good one bro. Morning 5 bx countless push ups until sian then S.O.C then more push before dinner run again. The best is during I.F.C only eat biscuits. :o

err... for me i nv take breakfast, only lunch, most of the time no dinner, cos during dinner time always clubbing, drank lots of beer almost everyday...

does beer contribute to tummy ? I believe it does, but recently met someone from slimming co, she say beer wont make yr tummy fat :huh:

Beer will make u grow fat , even faster if i recall working in a hospital. Beer consumed turns to glucose or suger in yr body , then to starch , if no workout turns to fats. :blink:

last dec.. becos of all the X'mas and new yr and CNY celebration. I put on 8 kg in 2 mths becos of beer ..

after i stop drinking beer and switch to a much healthy diet. i lose about 12 kg ..
