128 is crappy as hell (miss out on alot of frequencies)

192 is abit closer to CD quality

256 u dont really find them alot unless u encode yrself...

320 i tried a few, some are surprisingly soft, but in all, it is just too huge to use, might as well use WAV?

Just my opinion heheh :P
