Looking for Mr Razail

Can someone help or direct me how i could contact Mr Razail.

I been trying to contact him after my conversation with him regarding his lighting product DE retrofit for a few days but no reply and was told to look for him here by a helpful fishshop.

I purchase 1 unit of his T5 retrofit last month and he told me it was German Technology and all electrical parts are from German too.

As i wanted something that could last with quality.

When i visited the a fishshop last week and saw their own product which is also another brand of ###### retrofit and they was carrying DE retrofit set too. I wanted to buy the same DE set but was advise that the eballast DE is using is not made for T5 high output and is using only a china made brand. I cannot remeber the brand but it starts with E tho.

I spoke to Mr Razail about this a few days ago and he NOW told me when i made my purchase he only claim that only the endcap is from Germany now.

Which i did ask him about all electrical parts and now i assume he is avoiding me. Is not an eballast electrical parts too?

I also found out that his retrofit unit is made DIY in Singapore when i ask more from shops. And he made his retrofit set seal up at the ends which prevent users from knowing which type of eballast is being used inside.

At least explain to a customer back and not just pretend to ignore all my calls which help you keep a customer.

I have also purchase another new brand of retrofit which is much cheaper and it even comes with moon light and nice colors.

A customer feedback which i cannot reach the distributor Mr Razali via phone.
