Maverick77 Posted July 25, 2005 Share Posted July 25, 2005 Anyone here has any successful exp in pairing up difficult clowns? Percs esp... Currently have a pair... Although there's a diff in size between the 2 of them but the bigger still likes to bully the smaller one... Now the smaller one like too stress to even eat properly... When I throw in food, it has got not much reaction... So now I house the naughty one in a DIY container that is like those LFS uses... SRC Member somebody Posted July 25, 2005 SRC Member Share Posted July 25, 2005 mine was ok at the LFS. the LFS put them in the same container, and say, if they don't fight within the first few monents, it should be fine.... had some small squabbles in the 5+minutes, but he said it should be ok. went home, they were fine for about 2wks.... then slowly, the big one started to bully the smaller one, till the smaller one became pale. then i housed the smaller one in those diy containers... but it still *up lorry* =( dunno why lidat... at first ok one, then end up lidat.... (sounds familiar? ) That was dead accurate... Bought, put in tank... found real hard, dog fight style... So i quickly scoop up the uglier one thinking maybe can change with LFS... Then hold it for a few hours release back... then become ok liao... Even saw the spasm behaviour which i read somewhere as a gesture of showing submission so tot 2 of them loving loving... After 1 or 2 days, big one start to nip at smaller's fin... Til i see the dorsal fin like got a bit bitten off like tt... Then now smaller one not eating properly...
