Just bought a MH for fish tank.But not keen to mount it on the wall or ceiling.Would prefer to let it sit on the tank.What can I do?Anyone know where can I send the MH for adding legs to the base so that can sit on the tank???pls kindly advice...also just add in seawater to the tank and ran for only a day but can see small particles in the water surrounding,what's that???pls advice.................many many many thkssssssssss

what MH did u get for ur tank? industrial type??

also, u mention thats there small particals? did u wash ur sand before u add to ur tank? if yes, after u run the tank, the small partical will be trap in ur filters.

Your MH should come with the stand if is meant for that, if not, I'm afraid u have to diy one yourself. As for the small particles, your infor is too brief to know what it is, maybe a pix can help.

Hi evil,the MH I got was from Mr how(densi),bought for $200.You can see the pic under MH for sale.Ya the sand has been wash thoroughly and then put into the tank then follow by the water.There's only a few pcs of LR added in the tank.LR previoushly from my other mature tank.Seems that was only little concern.The MH is what I need advice from.Must add legs to the MH base before it can sit on the tank...you know where can I go to fix it up???

This mh is actually meant for hanging type.But I not keen to drill holes,so tinking of letting it sit on the tank.

You can drill hole on the wall and make a elbow like support to hole onto the hood...............

if u dont drill holes, how to let it sit on the tank.....best is u DIY alluminium stands.....

No i mean thats another alternative than sitting on tank because my unle's azoo MH used to sit on the tank with a stand but now he found that using elbow stainless steel support to hold onto the casing is nicer..........
