You can't control anemones. :)

It'll come out when it feels like it. Don't worry... it'll know when it's time to recharge its energy store and look for a good spot with strong lighting, either that or it'll eat one of your fishes for food.

dun worry about anemone in caves.. it know how to survive.. actually read article.. that only important is th light.. i needs light to make food for itself internally.. thats why.. and also.. it can somewhat store its energy like that.. dunno how to explain scientifically..

try to read up more on them

Unless you want to rearrange your LRs, if not just let the anemone be.  It will stick its head out for light, while it keeps its base in the cave.

My did that and stayed that way for weeks, until I rearranged my LRs.

i agree :)

my is always in the cave (in picture) but do stick his head out once in a while(maybe once every few days) for light :)
