Re-construct T5 set

hi bros out there,

heard a lot abt sinter at sim lim tower. Have an existing T5 lightings set (from Taiwan) bought from former eaquarist consisting of normal T5 lights. Was wondering if sinter could reconstruct my T5 lighting set ie fixing with eballast (intending to have T5 HO tubes) and those waterproof mountings. I do not want to DIY these as it concerns electrical stufff and I do not want to take the risk. Any bro can enlighten or do you know of any "lobang to do it" thanking you in advance.

Uncle FAQ i can help to give some suggestion on the wiring... My set of T5 are all DIY. SHould not have any issue..Maybe just on the appearance..ha
