yup it is alveopora coral or branching flower pot....

whether it is easy to keep.. alot depends on your tank condition as well as water parameters... i have kept this for almost 2 yrs... but have friends who managed to keep them for a month... to what i know they need moderate current and lightings... no extra feedings needed... hope this helps
