SRC Member reefer guy Posted July 7, 2005 Author SRC Member Share Posted July 7, 2005 just noticed nudi's feasting on my montis few days ago... tried to find the source as i have no record of nudis in my tank; it came from porites a friend bought and fragged at my place..... will try the 6-line wrasse method plus daily observance and manual maintenance for a week then if worst comes to worst, all montis go to heaven moral lesson: always check what u buy or acquire, u dont know what u r bringing back..... errr....... sps addicts, esp jim ng....... monti frags anyone???? SRC Member Dorado Posted July 8, 2005 SRC Member Share Posted July 8, 2005 Hi Reefer guy, so sorry, when you call me last nite , I immeadiately check my half of the porities plate with magnifying glass........ but cannot find any. I recall when I first put in, my sixline and fairywrasse inspect it, maybe they see what we did not. I have that nudibranch problem on my monti 6mnth ago, come across RC forum about nudibranch eating wrasse, quickly buy the wrasse and the problem solve but I lost my cleaner shrimp. Guess that the price you have to pay to protect your price assest. Bro, I thing you should consider the wrasse ..............it will do the work for you
