You ppl most probably saved LOTS of acropora otherwise wasted because of me 

My tank specs are as follows:

pH: 8.3

Alkalinity: 11-12 dKh

Temperature: 29.3degree celcius

Lighting: 4 * 24W T5(upgrading to 6 probably)

Age of tank: 1 month(I know this is NOT good!)

Ammonia: undetectable

Nitrite: undetectable

Nitrates: 5 - 10 ppm

Currently having a brown colony which hasn't 'green up'

Other tenants are as follow:

2 * bubble coral

1 * white mate star polyp

1 * green starburst(VERY GREEN!! )

1 * torch coral(heard tt it shld be placed horizontally?)

1 * unidentified sps (something like LPS cup coral but thin plates with no poylps; slimes ALOT when I just bought it)

1 * maze brain

and

1 regal tang(feeding)

1 cleaner wrasse(feeding on mysis!!!)

the above are my tank specs

but i guess the tank is not old enough to support it?

most probably after another month then i would start asking!!!

And how much T5 would i be able to let my sps color up?

Jenson, your temp is too high (29.3C)..........for sps. Very risky. Are you using a chiller? Water Temp, water nutrients level must come before lights if you wanna go into sps.........If you are using T5 24W, I think your tank height must not be more than 15" else the PAR might not be sufficient............try ur best to maintain the water parameters on a constant with very low nutrients for a month & show us a full view of your tank. If its ready, I can give you some frags.

Anyway bro, if you have a chiller ( coz from wat I see your temp 29.3 ) will give you my little brown with purple tip acropora... but offer open to only you!

The poor tank is only 15 gallons!!

So any chillers tt would be small(and cheap!!) to run on the tank?

And would the chiller itself produce much heat?

Therez a guppy tank at the bottom withtank temp only 25...pengz...

What about an Ice Probe for a tank that size? Fans are ok, but with such a small volume, you'll be seeing quite a bit of salinity swings.

Hmm .. and ... a regal tang in a 15G?
