Can Copper coil chiller be used in a marine tank

Now this is confusing if copper can be use , than why people titanium, more expensive and not sure if the cooling effect is better than copper, as for Resun I strongly supect that theyare not using Titanium base on the price, maybe something titatium look alike.

Now I'm more confusing, I was told by lot of people and lfs that copper can't be use and was told that both resun and pacific cool using titanium. So now what is what??? :blink:

Resun is cheap bcos it is made in China wad...which product from China isn't cheap?

If I remember correctly, Cookiemunster ever mentioned that copper coil can be used provided they coat the surface with Titanium.

Thus, I believe some of the cheaper version coils are not full Titanium but Titanium coated. ;)
