Actinic/Blue Lights to Supplement 250W 10kk MH??

Dear Reefers,

Hi, I am kinda wondering should I supplement my 250W BLV 10kk with 2x T5 Actinic (a little expensive) or just using some cheapo Blue/Actinic PL.

Basically I just need to add more blue color to my tank as 10kk is a little on the yellowish side. Thinking of getting those DIY type and mount it directly inside the hood, side by side with the 250W MH, so the arrangement would be:

PL-MH-PL or

T5-MH-T5

Any commends and recommendation? For PL, what's the price like? Where to get them?

Also, for running ATI T5, what's the recommended ballast, Elbiru, Ostram, or others?
