i think men should not be so hard on women. Our thinking keeps restricting women to the borders of society. That is , they are either a virtuous wife, or a ######. Women are not like men, cause they have a shelf-life after which they find it tough to get married, but it's different for men. Not every single young woman will want to get bogged down in life by a man when they can enjoy the high-life and discover what they want from life. I find the thinking of many singaporean men too conservative; they want a wife that is docile and gentle and stays at home to look after the kids whilst the man goes and win the bread home. this is sadly, a primitive way of thought. Some singaporean men are too pathetic, that's why singaporean women don't want to marry. Not saying that's true of the guys here. I know a lot of you are great fathers and husbands.
