Hi guys can anyone help me on wave making methods and the kinds of pumps can be used? anyone tried using SCWD?

Well you could have a dedicated pump that runs in a closed loop for currents, use a SCWD on your return or you can use wavemakers like the Tunze Streams

It all depends on what type of currents you want but generally multidirectional currents would be great

i use a sawn off maxijet and a rio aimed at the dead spots... both running on timers..

The sawn off maxi shoots off at 2 different angles btw... there's a 50/50 chance of it shooting off in either direction

What about day and night current? should i have a timer for the tunze? To shut them off at night.
