Reason to sell : Due to my family's decision to find and move into a new apartment. Duration-exceed 2yrs.. thus i decided to sell my unused items and postpone my tank setup to a later date. (Items such as reactors, dosing pumps, MH fixture and bulbs etc are brand-new equipment).

1.) Aquamedic Nitratreductor 1000 -an anaerobic biological reactor for removing nitrates from marine and freshwater aquaria. It has a large volume of 10 l (c. 4.5 gals) and an internal circulation pump. The Nitratereductor 1000 works with a flow rate of 1 to 4 l/hr (c. 0.25 to 1 gph). Denimar powder or Deniballs are used as an organic energy source. For marine aquaria up to 1000 litres.

selling it -Nitratereductor 1000 package with a AquaMedic Dosing Pump SP 3000, 1x bottle of denimar powder and 40 piece of Deniballs-used to feed anaerobic bacteria inside the reactor (20 deniballs can feed anaerobic for a period of 12 months.)

selling it @ sg$650. (bought it @ sg$750. normal maket price ~sg$800 for reactor/dosing pump with x40 piece of Deniballs)

2.) Aqua Medic Calciumreactor 1000 -It is a closed system designed for universal use. It can be operated on a bypass system, independent of the water level in the aquarium, or alternatively be installed in the filter sump. It includes a large volume (10 litres or c. 2.5 gallons) of Hydrocarbonate and an integrated circulation pump that features the patented Aqua Medic needle wheel. For the supply of dissolved calcium to marine aquaria up to 1000 litres.

selling - Calciumreactor 1000 with a AquaMedic Dosing Pump SP 3000 with Aqua Medic-Hydrocarbonate (a pure natural product. It is used in Calciumreactors).

selling it @ S$610. (i bought it @ sg$700 and normal market price -above sg$700).

3.) Selling Grotech magnesium pro 1kg. (Adding it into cal-reactor to increase/maintance magnesium value.)

selling it @ sg$30. (bought it @ sg$40, market price ~40).

4.) Aqua Light - GIGA1200HQI-GIGA1200 2x250W+1x150W

size:120x30x13cm (Gd for 4-6ft tank), color: silver. - spec: HQI-Light GIGA1200 2x250W + 150W, BLV bulbs: 2x 250w 10.000K with 1x 150w 20.000K.

selling it @ sg$1300 with extended warranty till 09/06/06. (Bought from Harlequin Marine Aquarium under Aqualight Dealer sale @ sg$1479. normal market price ~2K).

Lastly ( prefer to sell this last item as a package with Aqua medic Cal-reactor 1000.)

thanks dleecool. i nearly order JBJ 1/3hp from Harlequin (2months before i travel to melbourne). if i had ordered it.. i will make more loss. as i can't use it for about 2yrs period, and need to sell it with the above equips. thanks god!

yup. plans to order and ask wei to deliver tank to my place in this nov. but before i travel to melbourne, my mum expressed her idea :to look for a new apartment after i grad next yr. had discuss with my 'dear' during my melbourne trip. agreed to their ideas so it is better for me to sell these items than to keep it for about 1-2yrs.

Grotech magnesium pro 1kg reserved by tineng.

(100% brand-new) The aqualight MH fixture is using a UV protection glass and not just a normal normal tempered glass! (Had checked with aqualight -mr helgo and the local aqualight dealer).

This fixture holds 2x250w and a 150w in a single long reflector. thus helps to mix' the color of 2x250 (10.000K ) with a 150w (20.000k) blub - create a balance color.

The UV protection glass will cover the reflector and the bulbs. Germany made with local warranty till 09/06/06. Using HQI ballast (external casing, thus the MH fixture itself is much lighter than those mh fixture with build-in ballast)and 3x BLV bulbs.

Each of the Aqua Medic calcium reactor 1000 and nitrate reductor comes with AquaMedic Dosing pump SP3000. - it is a peristaltic pump designed to pump small volumes of water and for dosing additives or operates as a feed pump for low flow rate reactor such as AquaMedic cal-reactor or nitratereductor. Can use a digital timer to program flow rate via on/off of dosing pump.

Power consumption: 4.5w Flow rate:3L/hr Dosing Synchronous Motor life: more than 10,000hrs

Pump hose life: more than 3 million compressions (can add grease to increase the hose life). Each SP3000 comes with a spare pump hose(made of Santoprene-specially material resistant to many chemicals and with a v.long life).

Allow me to show pic of Aqua light external ballast. (it is a external ballast unit, thus do not have to worry about the weight of the MH fixture -a gd number of MH fixtures consist of build-in ballast ~ increased the weight of MH fixture.)

AquaLight MH unit also comes with a pair of : coated suspension steel cable, stainless steel cable holder(secure the cable and attach it to the ceiling) and quick release switch (for user to adjust- increase/decrease height of MH with ease) and hook to attach to MH fixture (this hook enable the user to adjust the angle of the MH fixture). if you don't want to attach the MH fixture to your ceiling- you can rest the MH fixture on/inside tank hood (don't need to worry of the weight as the heavy ballast is not inside the MH fixture).

The aqua light MH fixture is made of thick aluminium. (reduce the weight of the MH fixture, will not rust. ) The fixture itself is silver color. Unlike other MH fixture has a single long reflector to house 2x250 and a 150w MH. This design allows bulbs of different color spec to mix together and also produce a wider coverage.
