rain bar, flow rates, rain bar holes

I was experimenting with a DIY 2 feet 20mm diameter spray bar with 10 x 10mm holes, to be attached to the return.

while washing it under tap water hose, i blast the water in but seems it's only coming out from the furthest 3 holes, even though I was holding the tube horizontally.

Thus it had me ponder upon this:

Is there a math about the flow rate that determine the diameter of the holes to use? OR.., once its inside the water they will even out themself.

 feeling a little silly here but i am curious about it.

just a thought bro, being silly myself

if you're pushing tap water to the pipe, this probably means that there is no preassure build up inside the pipe. So the water will just rush straight towards the end of the pipe where it'll hit the end cap (I assume there is an end cap) which will force a change of direction which will cause the water to come out from the holes nearest to it.

Now if there is enough pressure in the pipe, then I guess you'll see water coming out from all holes. this is purely speculation bro :D

1. Via-Aqua MultiSkimmer - $25.00

2. DIY Kalk Reactor - $25.00

3. Atman Protein Skimmer - $25.00

PM Me if interested.
