Which chiller to go for????

Intend to get a chiller for my 5ft FOWLR with a 3ft sump and normal lighting(no T5 or MH). So i narrow down to 1/2 HP Pacific Coo or Reef Relief.

Can any users comment on this 2 chiller in terms of reliabilty and power consumption? It will be even better to name the cons for the particular chiller so that i can weigh the pros and cons. Thanks.
