overflow system

i'd like to ask whether if there is any possible way to use a sump wifout an overflow system?

if its compulsary, if my tank has no overflow system, is there such thing as an external overflow system tat i can attach to my tank?

there is, overflow boxes, overflow pipes, go do a search. =) lots of them.

got $$ then go get i-box.

got lesser $$ then get a overflow pipe. =)
