Morish idol

Help.... :o

Anyone experience tis b4???Bubble balloonin in one side of e morish idol eyes???No white spot or watever seen on e body.Eating n swimmin well....

Feel like brustin e bubble w a needle but scare later will blind e fish....

Any advise??tks :thanks:

i think air bubble get into the eye.

Its inside my isolated qua tank.Have it there for 2wks liao.Nvr intro it into e main tank b4.This bubble onli started appearin in e eye 4days ago.Its gettin bigger nw.Covering e whole eyeball.E fish still behavin noramlly n eatin normally.

Any medi to recommend or will hypo b gd to kill all disease??tks...

If i'm not wrong ... the fella hurt his eye.

Had a lyretail with the same problem.

Eventually it got so big that it just dropped off ... left with an empty eyeball socket.

But was still eating fine after that.

isn't there any cure? will the bubble in its eyes be 'released' in any way?

i've posted this b4

but i'll post again

if the bubble only affects one eye...its most likely due to the eye getting injured during a fight or whatever resulting in that bubble symptom

but if the bubble affects both eyes, you may haf a water parameter crisis on your hands

in any case, the symptom is seldom fatal and in the worse case scenario, the fish will lose its eye.

simply leave it and let the fish recover on its own....feed garlic food if it serves to soothe your mind

of course, if it loses both its eyes, that can lead to its death

do a search on google or www.wetwebmedia.com, u will find info on what i'm saying
