Hi guys,

Thinking of upgrading my skimmer. Want to hear some views of Shuran skimmer especially from users. Thinking of the jetskim 120 for my 3x2x2 with sump and with quite heavy bioload. Thanks!

Any other recommendations of in-sump ones besides beckett?

Regards

Jerry

Specs

Return pump: 2 x Eheim 1260 (with 1 pumped to chiller before returning to main)
Chiller: Hailea HC-500A (1/2 hp)
Skimmer: Deltec SC2060

Wavemakers: Vortech MP40, MP10, Tunze nanostream 6045
Additives: TLF C-balance (2 parts Ca and Alk) via Kamoer 3 channel dosing pump; Polyp-lab Reef Resh; FM color elements

yes, heard a lot about H&S but want to know my options. H&S do come with a hefty price tag.

yup second that... make a trip down n see for urself ;)

H&S can go sealife take a look after that

then beckett can go bioocean look...

all in the same area :D

WOW!!! One stone 3 birds... kekekekeke

Now to add 2 more birds

AquaC from eAquaNature @ Geylang and AquaMedic from AquaMart @ Jalan Besar.

Thanks guys for your suggestions. eAquaNature still operating at geylang? Have seen the performance of H&S, just want to widen my options further. Will probably check with Hongwei one of these days. Meanwhile, anyone with experience with schuran skimmers, would like to hear your views. Schuran seems to have very small footprint ..... this is important to me as the skimmer will be placed in sump. Thanks again.

If you notice the main show tank in AA, inside the sump it utilises a H&S skimmer.
