Algae?

My tank got orange colour layer on the glass surface and LR.. Are these algae? The glass surface can be clean easily, but how do you guys clear those algae from the LR?

i personally do think that those orange colour layer on the glass surface are aglaes. they look somehow orange and brown. Am i rite ?

shld be diatoms. they look deep orange in some cases.

Thanks bros for all the suggestions. I've attached a pic of it. It is orange brownish in colour stuck on rock surface and glass surface (only those exposed to lights). Sometime can see bubble on them too
