I'm planning to start my own cafe and it will be Marine theme.

But I'm having headaches on the location.

Would like to know wat u as a consumer think?

If possible, comment on the factors that will encourage/discourage u to go there.

Near to MRT Station, ample parking spaces. Human traffic mixed - adults, teens, family types.

agree. if i have a choice to meet someone at some cafe, it must have ample parking lots. hate to park at those alleys .....

my choice would be Sembawang .... central to LCK and Jln Kayu anyway and most important, near my place!

i'm not betting on office crowd .. as rental in the city is very expensive .. cannot afford to let it drain my cash.
