HELP!!! why is this happening?

hi all.... think i have some problem here. it all started when my royal gramma contracted some disease that later caused its death. it flicked itself against the substrate and later seemed to be releasing body slime to get rid of the disease. the slime then peeled away in sheets that were creamy white before it finally died. i read from a marine book and found it to match the description of "Brooklynella hostilis"...but i am not sure if its really the correct diagnosis.

anyway....all subsequent fishes that i bought have perished due to white spots or this same disease that had infected my royal gramma.even my cleaner shrimp that treated the infected fishes has died already.however...the funny thing is...those fishes that i had before the royal gramma are all still alive and very healthily feeding. so if this "parasite" that infected my royal gramma is still in the tank...how can i get rid of it? also...should i stop introducing fishes for the next one month to let the parasites die off or somethin?? anyone here had a similar experience to mine?? i want to add more fish but i am afraid they would end up another victim to this disease or parasite..if there is one to start with. Please help if u have any valuable advice. all responses are deeply appreciated!!!!
