I had to call several times b4 they pick up.

Somtimes Chan(the owner's name) is busy so he can't answer the phone. If I'm not wrong, they are open after 1:30pm 7 days a week.

Yep, quite a nice place except parking problem for those who drive. My T5 lightset was bought from there too. There HOB filters price also reasonable.
