Hi Bros, I am keeping a tank of the above. How can I ensure that it will grow?

The Tank:

2ft x 1ft x 1ft

Overhead pump

Florescent light (15w), written on it is for "Plant and fish".

Water Salnity 1.030

I have some qns:

1. How long do I need to switch on the light?

2. Is the light enough as not to grow Asexual or died?

3. What other additive should I put? I am currrently dripping Calcium and Carbonate.

4. Do I need Skimmer?

5. Is overhead flow enough?

Please kindly advice. Thanks.

bro i believe ur going for a saltwater planted tank?

well put and damsel or something in there to produce NO3 ;)

ur plants will like it ;)

for skimmer i believe u don't have to cuz u need the excess DOC to convert to NO3 for ur plants...

my 2 cents
