Cooling AC fan location

i found that my DC fan blowing across my 1.5ft sump is more effective than my AC fan blowing across my 2.5ft tank...

I suspect it's because the sump has more water movement especially cascading here and there which result it better evaporation...

not to mention for some reason my DC fan feels like it's moving more air than my AC fan...

Mmmm, you got a point there. Plus it can help cool down the cabinet inside.

it goes to wat u wanna the blow job to be at....

mine is blowing across the surface of my main tank cos i wanted to blow away the hot air that was generated from my MH ;)

if u wanna ventilate ur cabinet, u can always use another cheap 12 V DC fan n attach it to ur ventilation slits... that blows outwards to improve ur sump ventilation ;)
