any idea how to get rid of nudibrach or slugs on e zoos?

duno y lately they start moving hse went crawling abt my sandbed..

if you get the zoo eating nudis then it is a big headache.

What you can do is to first treat your infected zoos. As the other reefers has suggested, lugols solution is good. You can also use a fresh water dip. Take out your colony and soak in fresh water for 5 mins. Please time this as I found that prolong dipping is no good (try not to exceed 10 mins). At the end of the 5 mins, give the colony a good shake, in and out of the water (creating some splashes). You will find some, if not most, of the nudis dropping.

Next you inspect the whole colony for tiny spirals, these are the eggs that FW dips cannot get rid of. They have to be removed manually.

Subsequently return the button to the tank with moderate flow and keep a close watch. Most of the time, the colony will recover, no matter how pathetic it looked originally. However, the colouration will need more time to recover.

How about a natural predatory approach, like getting a wrasse to eat them?

I think green or 6 lines wrasse may do the job.

i cant wait to get my 6 line wrasse out of my tank

so wrasse is not an option...

i think have to dip in lugol + use tweezers

cus they already start crawling to my sand bed liaoz..

IS nudibranch or slugs harmful to any other corals beside zoos???
