pectoral fin to grow again??

hi everyone....would juz like to check if my fish's pectoral fin would grow back to normal again. it has been damaged due to bullying by the old inhabitants because it is new to the tank. if the pectoral fin would grow again....how long would it normally take?? sincere thanks to all who would mind to give me some of their views based on their past experiences!!!

yes they will.... cause my maroon clown grew its fins and tail back after a brutal assault from my blue devil damsel....

It will grow back quite fast (10-14 days depending on 'damages')if it is separated from the 'bullies';if not it may even died from their assaults before the fins have a chance to grow again.
