Mushroom Menance

Guys, anyone know what can be attacking or causing this to the mushroom.

I got both hairy and greem mushroom. Now both got a blank patch in there - it appear something was tearing it up or eating it.

Below is my livestocks

1) Yellow tang x 1

2) Clown fishes x 3

3) Green Chromis x 1

4) Blue Tang x 1

5) Cleaner Shrimp x 2

6) Blue star fish x 1

7) Sandshifter Star fish x 1

8) Turbo snails

Couldn't figure it. Didn't buy any predator critters....

Now I afraid my ric is next on the hit list....
