What is wrong with this golden maroon ?

Just wondering what is wrong with this fishy....don't seems like white spot to me

Anyone can advise on this ?

there is breaking line on it yellow colour, the top fin are torn and seems to have white skin peeling off....but does not seems to effect my other fishes

It's mucus coat is damaged. Not sure what are the causes for your case..but as I've worked in aquariums before, normally such symptoms are associated with overdosage of antichlorine. There is a brand which is known to be extremely strong and must not be overdosed..initials are O.F.

Some fish are more sensitive to others. Clownfish are quite sensitive fish.

The symptom seemed to be caused by 'white slime' in local term...you should remove the fish immediately before the disease starts to create 'havoc' in your tank.

Anyway of treating it and how did it happen ? I am only using p**** and no other brand leh, I don't dose it often though...maybe once in a blue moon

To date, I have lost powder blue, red lips, gamma ( all my fav) over a span of one week don't even know is it because of this.......

Will try and take it out tonight that is if I can catch it

correct.better isolate.happen to my clown before.but not sure whats the reason.

read up on brooklynella or clownfish disease it is especially prevalent in maroon clowns treatment is a 15 min fresh water dip to kill the parasites

strange as it may seems.....my tank seems to have happier shrimps after the removal of golden maroon .....I seldom seen them moving all over the tank when the lights are on....but this is the first time
