Canister Filter

Need advice from fellow reefer that uses canister filter regarding type of media used within the filter and whether is it possible to connect the output of the filter to a chiller.

Need to find out whether this method works, tank to canister filter to chiller to tank.

I have 2 canister filter and filter media consist of coral chip, ceramic, bio balls, aquapharm water recharger and filter wool. Water goes to the filter, output of filter goes to the chiller then back to the tank. No problem so far. Cause even the booklet show the same thing. Hope this helps. Good Luck
