hiz guyz,

i decide to consult a psychiatrist. anyone got any psychiatrist's contact?

I found out that I'm getting from bad to worst. emotionally very unstable. pls pm me if any one got contact for a psychiatrist.

yeah man,

getting upset when i cant sleep.

and yeah i just woke up, i slept at 12pm noon today. see how bad it was.

its getting out of my hand.

i know my situation is getting from bad to worst.

hiz diablo, its been a while. im still not that crazy till i put my hand into the mantis tank. but i dun mind handfeed urs. lol.

stress about fish? wahhahaa yeah lah, if i cant sleep, my room's lights will be on also. i bet those fish having a hard time sleeping. =x

thanks man, shall give woodbrigde a call tmr or something.

frustrating if u cant go to bed like normal people.

you are missing out alot.

Just because you can't sleep, doesn;t mean u need a psychiatrist. Just see a good GP u can trust first.

Are u upset about something? Anxious? Depressed? How's your appetite?

you can PM me before u even think about going to woodbridge. There's a stigma attached to going there. Think twice, please.

theres indeed a stigma going to woodbridge(institude of mental health is the commonly used name now) but its the wrong stigma! i was there for a field visit some weeks back n its a beautiful place n not a lot diff from any other hospitals in singapore.

they have outpatient counters over there and im sure you'll get the help you need from the people over there. going to a gp is probably going to get you pills to induce sleeping(short term solution) or a referal to the institute anyway.

don't let a small problem snowball into a huge one just because of some instigma man. it takes a strong person to acknowledge he needs some help, n seek it. we all need some help at some point of time.
