Don't really get your question. Water pressure on what? On your tank?

Pardon me guys if I am wrong, but the pressure on the tank is different at different depth of your tank. The strongest pressure of the water on your tank would be at the bottom of your tank. Which also means that a 1.5ft(H) tank will exprience lesser pressure at the bottom then a 2.5ft(H) tank at the bottom.

This is just my understanding of your question, i could've understood it wrong. do clarify.

Usually the upper level tend to have a lower water pressure than those living on the lower level.
