Bubble Coral

one of the staple stuff in LPS tank.....but as this evil coral tend to sting and kill other corals...so must have good space for it to expand.....need the regular stuff, good light, good water parameter...below 29 degree in temp and feed the coral....

Bubble are rather hardy coral......... thye require moderate light and regular feeding....... Watch out for their sting, the sting are rather powerful and will hurt nearby coral such as leather if placed to close.......... through my unlce cateye bubble, i notice taht the sting appear mostly at ight

I had a bubble coral in my old 2FT tank...using FL light....conditio wasn't at max....bubble slowly diminished and became smaller.....

btw...adding a pic ...see the whip....thats why must keep away from other corals

nice bubbles....so I guess the POINT is...keep your bubbles slightly away from the rest or stack it in a way when it is fully opened....will not touch and kill the other corals ard him... :D

If enough FL then can lah...I got a bubble coral kept under FL...been with me for about 5 years already...I can say they are almost the 'damsels of LPS'.  :rolleyes:

;) ja...FL can make a bubble happy.

mine is more to a cateye :unsure:
