u can go get some muratic acid to do the job for u...

Try using Magic Sponge.

Eh not too sure but i thought sometimes it's coz the furniture blocks UV (from the sun) from reaaching the tile, thus the areas under the furniture does not change in colour... if so then there's nothing u can do about it

You can get the magic sponge from ntuc... quite cheap and effective i would say
