Goldrimmed Tang not eating

Hi all,

Any1 got kep Goldrimmed Tangs???

Jzt got mine last sat.Untill now onli saw it eat onces in e beta box.

Aft i release to e main tank,its not eating anything.Even herny's food he oso not interested.

He have bein fightin w my purple tang for a few days.E fighting is getting lesser liao n he seems to be able to defend himself liao....

HE has being pecking on e LR all day long.Is he too stress to eat or did he prefer algae on e LR instead to b bother abt prep fd???

Any advise fm any1??tks

Those guys are one of those which are darn difficult to keep alive for long

Unless you have tons of live rocks and tons of growth on

them, the tang would most probably be happy, but if you

only have 100-200kg of live rock, good luck

By the way, don't put tangs into betta box, quarantine tank is much better.

My tank is onli 3ft n i got onli abt 40kg of LR........

Sigh..

Saw it feedin at e shop b4 buying one leh.

But when bought hm he dun eat anymore.I feed e same food tat e shop give oso.

Sigh....

sometime its stress lor.....had a tang once that was feeding when in LFS, but i think during netting out its mouth was damage....ends up die of stavation......
